If you’re looking for a truly personalized approach to pregnancy and birth preparation, Virtual Prenatal 1 on 1 Personal Training is for you.
We will do a movement assessment and education session (Virtual Prenatal Consultation & Assessment) prior to designing a program specific to your needs and goals. This personalized program will help you prepare your body for birth, achieve your goals, and get a head start on your postpartum recovery.
Virtual 1:1 coaching can include:
Personalized weekly workouts (strength, cardio, mobility, birth prep, core & pelvic floor exercises)
Video demonstrations of all exercises
Accountability and support from Selina
This approach is for the mama who is serious about investing in her pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience and wants the guidance and support to achieve a positive start into motherhood.
Come join other mamas-to-be virtually through the comfort of your own home and prepare your body for Motherhood! Minimal equipment needed or you can use household items :).
Prenatal Strength & Fitness Classes are led by Pre/Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist, Certified Pre & postnatal Coach and mom of 3, Selina Looney These classes are in a small group setting so we can all see each other and interact!
These classes will help you:
Remain active throughout your pregnancy with safe exercises
Prepare your body and mind for labour and delivery
Work on your core & pelvic floor for delivery and postpartum
Reduce common pregnancy aches and pains
Give you a head start for your postpartum recovery!
Minimal equipement required.
If you miss a class, don't worry the class will be recorded and emailed to you to complete in your own time.
You will be added the Mama-Hood support group with other mamas & mamas to be who are all on this journey to motherhood with you. This is a place where you can ask questions, share recipes Live Q & A with Selina, Live Workouts & so much more.
Classes are held virtually on Zoom.
